By accessing or purchasing products from this website, you agree to the following Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before using this website or placing an order.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, purchasing products, or accessing any services provided through CLEDrops.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return Policy.

By completing checkout and placing an order, you explicitly agree to these Terms of Use, our Shipping Policy, and our Return & Refund Policy, including the delivery confirmation and non-delivery claims terms described in the Shipping Policy. This agreement is confirmed at the point of purchase and applies to that order and any future orders placed through this website.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of this website immediately.

2. Health Disclaimer

Products sold on CLEDrops.com are dietary supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Statements made on this website have not necessarily been evaluated by Health Canada, the FDA, or any other regulatory authority unless expressly stated.

Customers should consult with a licensed healthcare professional before using any supplement product, especially if pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a medical condition.

Individual results may vary.

If you experience an adverse reaction or believe you have had an allergic or adverse response to any product, discontinue use immediately and consult a licensed healthcare professional or seek emergency medical attention as appropriate. Please also report the reaction to CLE Holistic Health at info@cleholistichealth.com so we can document it. CLE Holistic Health is not liable for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed allergies, pre-existing medical conditions, drug interactions, or failure to consult a healthcare professional before use, as further described in Section 9 (Limitation of Liability).

3. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, pricing, images, and ingredient information are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that all information on this website is error-free, complete, or current.

We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or update information at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that:

● You are legally authorized to use the payment method provided

● The information submitted is accurate and complete

● You are at least 18 years of age

Placing an order constitutes your self-certification that you meet the age requirement above. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, limit, or reject any order at our sole discretion, including suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions or where age eligibility cannot be reasonably confirmed.

5. Subscription Terms

If you enroll in a subscription (auto-renewing) order, you authorize CLE Holistic Health to automatically charge your payment method on file at the recurring interval you select (e.g., monthly) until you cancel.

Subscription pricing, including any subscription discount, is disclosed at the time of sign-up and applies only while your subscription remains active.

● You may cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time by contacting info@cleholistichealth.com, prior to your next scheduled billing date

● Cancellation requests received after a charge has already been processed will apply to the following billing cycle; the current shipment will not be refunded solely on the basis of a late cancellation request

● It is your responsibility to cancel before your next billing date if you no longer wish to receive further shipments

Subscription orders are subject to the same Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and delivery confirmation terms as one-time orders.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed and shipped from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

Estimated shipping timelines are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier and tracking information has been issued, responsibility for delivery timing, carrier delays, customs inspections, border processing, import procedures, weather disruptions, lost packages, or international clearance delays passes to the carrier.

Delivery is deemed complete upon carrier confirmation of delivery to the civic address provided at checkout, as further defined in our Shipping Policy. This includes multi-unit properties, where CLE Holistic Health is not responsible for a carrier's failure to reach a specific unit once the address itself has been confirmed as delivered to.

If the carrier delivers to the wrong address, or to the main house instead of a basement suite or other specific unit at a correctly provided address, CLE Holistic Health is not responsible for reshipping the order or issuing a refund. Such claims must be directed to the carrier.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete, including apartment, suite, or unit numbers.

International customers are solely responsible for:

● Customs duties

● Import taxes

● Brokerage fees

● Local regulations and import compliance

CLE Holistic Health, Commodity-Link.Com Enterprises Ltd, and CLEDrops.com are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, shipping carriers, or events outside our reasonable control.

7. Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the confirmed delivery date.

To qualify for a return:

● Products must be unopened, unused, sealed, and in original resalable condition

● Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of confirmed delivery

● Proof of purchase and order information must be provided

● Customers must receive return authorization from CLE Holistic Health prior to returning any item

The following are strictly non-refundable:

● Opened or used products

● Products returned without authorization

● Shipping and handling charges

● Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or border charges

● Promotional items, complimentary products, or clearance items

CLE Holistic Health, Commodity-Link.Com Enterprises Ltd, and CLEDrops.com reserve the right to deduct reasonable processing, administrative, inspection, restocking, handling, and transaction-related fees from any approved refund where permitted by applicable law.

Customers are solely responsible for all return shipping expenses and assume responsibility for ensuring returned products are properly packaged and delivered.

Refunds are processed only after returned items have been received, inspected, and approved.

Orders confirmed as delivered by the carrier's tracking system are not eligible for a refund or replacement under this policy on the basis of non-receipt alone. Customers disputing non-receipt of a confirmed-delivered order should follow the Non-Delivery & Mis delivery Claims Process outlined in our Shipping Policy.

CLE Holistic Health reserves the right to deny returns or refunds that do not comply with this policy.

8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact CLE Holistic Health customer support prior to initiating any chargeback, payment dispute, claim, reversal, or unauthorized transaction report.

By placing an order through CLEDrops.com, customers expressly acknowledge and agree to the published Terms of Use, Shipping Policy, and Return Policy, including all conditions related to delivery timelines, customs delays, opened product restrictions, and refund eligibility.

Customers further acknowledge that the following do not constitute valid grounds for a chargeback:

● Product dissatisfaction, delayed results, individual product response

● Customs inspections, carrier delays, international border processing

● Misunderstandings of the return policy

● Non-receipt of an order that carrier tracking confirms as delivered to the address provided at checkout, including delivery to a multi-unit property where the specific unit may differ from where the package was left

Tracking confirmation, delivery confirmation, customer communication records, website policy acceptance, and order confirmation records may be submitted as evidence in response to any dispute.

Fraudulent, abusive, or bad-faith chargebacks may result in denial of future purchases, account restrictions, recovery actions, collection proceedings where permitted by law, and submission of evidence to payment processors and financial institutions.

CLE Holistic Health reserves the right to dispute all unjustified chargebacks to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CLE Holistic Health, Commodity-Link.Com Enterprises Ltd, CLEDrops.com, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, suppliers, and partners shall not be liable for:

● Indirect or consequential damages

● Loss of profits or revenue

● Delayed shipments

● Customs or border delays

● Product misuse

● Allergic reactions or sensitivities

● Individual dissatisfaction with product results

● Carrier-related losses, delays, or misdelivery to the incorrect unit within a correctly addressed multi-unit property

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the product purchased.

10. No Guarantee of Results

Due to biological differences, lifestyle factors, medical history, compliance, and other variables, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from the use of any product.

Testimonials and reviews represent individual customer experiences and are not guarantees of future results.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content including text, branding, graphics, product names, logos, formulations, videos, images, and design elements are the intellectual property of CLE Holistic Health and Commodity-Link.Com Enterprises Ltd unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited.

12. Website Use Restrictions

You agree not to:

● Use the website for unlawful purposes

● Attempt to interfere with website security or operations

● Submit false information

● Abuse promotions or discounts

● Engage in fraudulent purchasing activity

We reserve the right to terminate access to users who violate these Terms.

13. Force Majeure

CLE Holistic Health shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, pandemics, labor disputes, supplier or manufacturing disruptions, carrier or postal service disruptions, government action, or other events of force majeure. Performance obligations will resume as soon as reasonably practicable once the event has been resolved.

14. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation by contacting CLE Holistic Health customer support. If a resolution cannot be reached within a reasonable time, either party may pursue mediation before initiating formal legal proceedings, unless injunctive relief is required to prevent irreparable harm.

15. Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

If a dispute is not resolved through the negotiation and mediation process described in Section 14, the parties agree that the dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court where permitted.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, disputes shall be resolved on an individual basis only, and not as part of a class, collective, or representative action. Both parties waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

This arbitration and class action waiver provision does not apply, and shall be severed from these Terms, to the extent it is prohibited or restricted by applicable consumer protection law in the customer's jurisdiction of residence — including, without limitation, jurisdictions such as Quebec, Canada, or other jurisdictions where mandatory arbitration clauses or class action waivers in consumer contracts are void or unenforceable. In such cases, the dispute shall instead be subject to the courts described in Section 17 (Governing Law), and the remainder of this provision, and these Terms as a whole, shall remain in full force per Section 16 (Severability).

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the laws of Canada applicable therein.

Any disputes arising from the use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in British Columbia, Canada.

18. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of this website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
